This Full Custom option includes the highest level of material specifications, a constant communication chain with your dedicated Project Manager and Superintendent, unending flexibility for you on changes, additions and subtractions to your plan, a very detailed process to make every little selection fit the overall picture, and a warranty that will give you peace of mind for years after your home is complete. Our goal here is to make you feel like royalty through the home building process and for years after. Our Process

Initial Consultation:
We start by discussing your vision, budget, and timeline. We listen carefully to understand what you want in your new home.

Design Development:
Our partner architects, draftsman and designers work with you to create detailed home plans and specifications. We guide you through choices on layout, materials, and finishes, ensuring everything is tailored to your specific needs and desires.

Construction:
Our experienced builders handle every aspect of the construction process, from site preparation to the final touches. We conduct thorough inspections to make sure everything meets our high standards.

Final Walkthrough:
Once construction is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is perfect before you move in. AND that’s not your final walkthrough. We will be back to your house multiple times for scheduled walks after you have settled in to make sure everything is to your liking and to tidy up anything that shows up after completion (It is very common for small areas that need attention to show up once you live there for a while or certain materials take time to dry out for example.)
